Wednesday!!!!

We read so many wonderful books...."Holly's Red Boots", "Ruby in Her Own Time", and listened to a very funny one on TumbleBooks -  "Purple, Green and Yellow".  While reading the first one, we discussed main characters, settings and book problems and solutions.  We also thought and talked about an alternative ending to the story. 

We had a very peaceful journal writing time.  These kindergartners are really getting some good ideas down and using lots of details in their pictures AND spaces between their words AND I am seeing some punctuation!  Love it!

Everyone was here today....hasn't happened for a couple of weeks!
